Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns for merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Items cannot be returned without a receipt or packing slip. We offer a refund in the same manner in which the original sale was made for the items that are returned. All items must be returned in new condition with original packaging and contents. Sale merchandise is not returnable for exchange or refund.There will be a restocking fee of $10. Price adjustments will not be honored.

Please note that, because we sell custom made products we are not obliged by law to refund.

All the returns are responsible for overseas shipping costs, and for all incurred delivery fees, VAT taxes and import surcharges for all exchanges and refunds. (Make sure to contact us before returning a bracelet, we will support you in trying to prevent these fees)
